Return & Refund Policy

AK Traders accepts returns for any product provided it is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the electronic receipt or verifiable proof of purchase. Please contact us at support.aktraders@gmail.com or 0323-2154092 before returning an item and follow our return instructions. Products showing use, opened seals, missing accessories, or damage after delivery may not qualify under this voluntary return policy; this does not affect any mandatory legal rights relating to defective, incorrect, or misrepresented goods. Refund or exchange arrangements will be confirmed after the returned item is checked. Any applicable legal rights prevail over this policy.

Sunnah Reference
Our return approach is inspired by the Islamic principles of honesty, transparency, and fairness in trade. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that when the buyer and seller are truthful and disclose relevant details, their transaction is blessed; when they lie or conceal information, the blessing is lost.

Important Publishing Note:
Under section 20 of the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, the seller’s return/refund policy should be clearly disclosed before a transaction is completed.
